Philip Edwards
Phillip has been with Cardiff Mind for several years and has seen a lot of changes within the organisation some good and some not so good but at the heart of the changes have been the Trustees and the employees in carrying the changes out with not a whisper of discontent, which he would like to applaud them for.
He has been on the committee as a Trustee, Treasurer and Vice Chairman. He has sat on a number of employment panels and also in-house employment tribunals and his attendance at committee meetings has been exceptional.
